Configuration of the LPG Semi Trailer: 13-ton Fuwa axle + leaf spring suspension, equipped with steel wheels and tubeless tires; single liquid outlet with dual-side loading/unloading system integrated with dual valve boxes/toolboxes, built-in safety valves, thermometers, pressure gauges, and emergency shut-off valves; landing legs, 90# fifth wheel coupling, standard with fire extinguishers, anti-static tapes, and LED lights. Optional upgrades include dual independent liquid discharge, BPW axles, carbon steel material tank body, dual spherical heads, flange-faced ball valves, and sunshades.
The LPG semi-trailer adopts Q345R high-strength steel, with strict X-ray non-destructive testing and helium mass spectrometer inspection applied to weld joints, weld seams, tank heads, and geometric positions of pressure-bearing components.
The LPG transport vehicle is standard with a single liquid outlet (DN50), optionally equipped with dual liquid outlets (DN50×2). Independent liquid circuit design adapts to high-frequency loading/unloading demands, and the optional configuration can double the loading/unloading efficiency.
The LPG spherical tank heads are made of stainless steel, formed through internationally standardized hemispherical stamping, featuring fewer welds and high pressure resistance to meet high-pressure sealing requirements for storage tanks.
