The LPG propane transport trailer adopts Q345R high-strength steel, with strict X-ray non-destructive testing and helium mass spectrometer inspection applied to weld joints, weld seams, tank heads, and geometric positions of pressure-bearing components.
The LPG gas transport vehicle is standard with a single liquid outlet (DN50), optionally equipped with dual liquid outlets (DN50×2). Independent liquid circuit design adapts to high-frequency loading/unloading demands, and the optional configuration can double the loading/unloading efficiency.
The LPG spherical tank heads are made of stainless steel, formed through internationally standardized hemispherical stamping, featuring fewer welds and high pressure resistance to meet high-pressure sealing requirements for storage tanks.
