1. Lifetime Technical Support:
- Provide one-on-one exclusive after-sales technical guidance to answer questions related to vehicle usage and maintenance throughout the product’s lifespan.
2. Free Repair Period:
- From the date of vehicle delivery, under normal usage conditions, 30,000 kilometers or 1 year (whichever comes first), faults in non-wearable parts and electrical components will enjoy 72-hour free spare parts delivery and repair support services.
II. Post-Warranty Service Policy
- Customers can freely choose the repair method or entrust local chassis service stations to handle it.
- Spare parts will be charged at cost price only, with no additional labor or other fees.
III. Chassis-Specific Service Terms
- For chassis-related faults, visit the nearest authorized chassis service station for repairs. Specific addresses can be found in the repair manual or by calling our after-sales service hotline.
Notes:
- This policy applies to all Vehision specialized vehicle export products. Final interpretation rights belong to Vehision.
- Damage caused by improper operation, failure to follow manual maintenance, natural disasters, or third-party factors is not covered under warranty.
