1. The tank body is made of 5182 aluminum alloy material, with a precise design of 8.5mm for the cylinder body and 10mm for the head. Combined with full-welded partitions and reinforcement ribs, the lightweight structure reduces weight.
2. The main welds use double-gun butt welding + automatic welding process. X-ray inspection complies with industry standards. The internal welds are smooth and flat, ensuring the sealing and safety of the medium during transport.
3. The chassis is equipped with a 10-ton Fuhua air suspension + EBS system, 28-ton single-acting legs + 12PR tires, adapted for complex road conditions. The aluminum alloy accessories are corrosion-resistant and free from the risk of oil contamination.
