The 20FT T11 ISO tank container is a 26,000 L UN Portable T11 tank in a 20FT full-frame configuration for compatible general-purpose liquids. The pressure vessel is designed to ASME Section VIII Division 1 where applicable, with CSC and ISO 1496/3 requirements applied to the frame together with IMDG, ADR, RID and US DOT requirements for the T11 transport configuration. ABS or LR classification can be configured according to project requirements. The tank has a 4.0 bar MAWP, a 6.0 bar test pressure and a design temperature range of -40°C to 130°C.

This T11 tank is intended for compatible general-purpose liquids, but that does not mean every chemical cargo is automatically suitable. Material compatibility, pressure, temperature and loading or discharge requirements should be checked for the exact product. The vessel uses stainless-steel material equivalent to 316L for the shell and dished ends. For projects requiring iso tank heating, steam tubes are available with a 4.0 bar MAWP and a 6.0 bar test pressure. Cargo name, density, operating temperature and heating requirement should be provided during RFQ.
