1. This chemical tank adopts a Foton chassis, Quanchai engine, and 5-speed manual gearbox.
2. The tank body is made of Q235 anti-corrosion carbon steel with a plate thickness of 4.2mm. All main welds strictly follow non-destructive testing processes and fully comply with X-ray non-destructive testing requirements.
3. The tank body is equipped with a chemical-specific tank port, a submarine valve, safety valve, breathing valve, rupture disc, vacuum valve, with redundant safety protection configurations to ensure safety during transportation and loading/unloading processes.
4. The tank body comes standard with a single compartment, while multi-compartment configurations can be customized to meet diverse transportation needs.
5. Anti-surge baffles are added inside the tank to minimize liquid surging and enhance transportation stability.
6. The tanker is equipped with a chemical-grade pump and dedicated pipeline connections for efficient liquid transfer control.
