For this project, the customer required a 20m³ LPG storage tank designed for underground installation. Based on the customer's installation environment and transportation requirements, our engineering team customized the tank structure and accessories to ensure smooth transportation, installation, and operation.

During the project communication, the customer required the LPG tank to be transported by container. To meet this requirement, our engineers optimized the tank design according to the container loading dimensions.
The main modifications included:
· Adjusting the height of the manhole opening
· Optimizing the integrated manhole and valve arrangement
· Reducing the overall transportation height to ensure the tank could be safely loaded into the container
Through professional engineering optimization, the tank successfully met the customer's transportation requirements while maintaining the safety and functionality of the LPG storage system.
Since the LPG tank will be installed underground, corrosion protection is one of the most important considerations to ensure long-term service life.
For this project, we applied a professional external anti-corrosion system:
· Surface cleaning and primer coating treatment
· Three layers of asphalt coating
· Two layers of reinforced fiberglass cloth wrapping (3 oil + 2 cloth asphalt anti-corrosion treatment)
This anti-corrosion process provides excellent protection against soil moisture and corrosion, helping extend the service life of the underground LPG storage tank.
